- Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?
It is not necessary to re-confirm flight reservations. However, make certain to include your contact details for both your home country and destination in your online profile in the event the airline needs to contact you regarding any changes to the schedule.
- How do I confirm my seat assignments?
You may be able to confirm your seat assignments online through the airline’s web site. Special requests, such as meals, can also be confirmed online. Of course, you can also request seat assignments at the check-in counter if your airline does not provide online assignment confirmation. - Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on Jumbo Travel?
Each airline has different cancellation charges. The respective charges are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making a reservation. Jumbo Travel also charges a KD 5.000 administrative fee for a cancellation.

- Can I change or modify my booking online?

- How long does it take to process a refund?
It will take up to 1 month from date of application to process a refund for an unused ticket or partially used ticket. Application for a refund takes place when you notify Jumbo Travel of your request for a refund by emailing: email@example.com
- How can I claim my refund amount?
Your refund will be processed to the same credit card/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. If you are outside of Kuwait, we can also transfer the refund to your account after you provide your bank details via firstname.lastname@example.org

- What is the maximum number of seats I can book at one time?
A maximum of 9 seats (or 9 travelers) can be booked at one time. If you need to book more than 9 travelers you will need to book the additional travelers separately, or call our Customer Support Team at +965 22284696 and we’ll handle the details for you.
- What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers may be asked to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
- How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Once payment is made and acknowledged, your e-Ticket details will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
- How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
Usually all you need to do is present your personal credentials, i.e. your passport, at the airport check-in counter, and the airline will issue your boarding pass. However, we strongly recommend that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport. If you check in online, you still must collect your boarding pass at your airline’s check-in counter prior to proceeding to Immigration.
- Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airline’s check-in counter?
It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email, but we strongly recommend that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport to avoid delays that may be caused by computer snafus or other communication errors.
