  • How do I register with Jumbo Travel?

    You do not need to register to search the site to find your desired flights and accommodations. If you want to complete your booking online, you need to register, and it’s easy. Simply click on the Register Now link and enter your details.
  • Why should I register with Jumbo Travel?

    If you register with Jumbo Travel we save you the trouble of repeatedly typing your details when you return to the site and when you make a booking. Additionally, registration opens the option to receive great travel deals from us via email.
  • How do I change my password?

    Sign in to your account and change your password from the Edit Profile page.
  • How do I sign in to my account if I forget my password?

  • How do I edit my account information?

    Sign in to your Jumbo Travel account. Then go through each tab and update the necessary account information. Click on the Save button. Your account information will be updated.
  • Can I change my username?

    The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the web site as a new member.
  • How do I log off the site when I am finished?

    Click on on the main menu and you will be logged off.

  • Can I trust your web site?

    We use the latest technology to encrypt your personal details and transactions and are complying with the standard of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Kuwait. We are registered at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce under the commercial license n. L/375/95 and commercial registration 60836.
  • What payment options does Jumbo Travel offer?

  • How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site?

    Any information you enter when transacting over Jumbo Travel’s web site is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties. You will notice that when you move from the passenger information page to the payment page, the URL changes from http:// to https://. This shows that you are now on a secure channel.
  • What Is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?

    The Security Code is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.
  • Where is the Card Verification Number (CVV) located on my credit card?

    Visa and MasterCard: Three-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field.

  • Is there a cancellation policy for hotels booked on Jumbo Travel?

    If you are canceling 7 days prior to the start date of your booking, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night’s lodging, plus a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. However, some tariffs may be non-refundable as per the hotel's cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged.

Flight Reservations

  • How do I know my flight reservation was booked?

    You will receive an email that confirms your booking. If you do not receive the email, call our Customer Support Team at +965 22284696.
  • Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?

    It is not necessary to re-confirm flight reservations. However, make certain to include your contact details for both your home country and destination in your online profile in the event the airline needs to contact you regarding any changes to the schedule.
  • How do I confirm my seat assignments?

    You may be able to confirm your seat assignments online through the airline’s web site. Special requests, such as meals, can also be confirmed online. Of course, you can also request seat assignments at the check-in counter if your airline does not provide online assignment confirmation.   • Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on Jumbo Travel?

    Each airline has different cancellation charges. The respective charges are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making a reservation. Jumbo Travel also charges a KD 5.000 administrative fee for a cancellation.

  • What is the maximum number of seats I can book at one time?

    A maximum of 9 seats (or 9 travelers) can be booked at one time. If you need to book more than 9 travelers you will need to book the additional travelers separately, or call our Customer Support Team at +965 22284696 and we’ll handle the details for you.
  • What is an e-Ticket?

    An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers may be asked to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
  • How will I get my e-Ticket details?

    Once payment is made and acknowledged, your e-Ticket details will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
  • How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

    Usually all you need to do is present your personal credentials, i.e. your passport, at the airport check-in counter, and the airline will issue your boarding pass. However, we strongly recommend that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport. If you check in online, you still must collect your boarding pass at your airline’s check-in counter prior to proceeding to Immigration.
  • Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airline’s check-in counter?

    It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email, but we strongly recommend that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport to avoid delays that may be caused by computer snafus or other communication errors.
